Israel is under attack by Iran!

In recent hours, Iran has launched 100's of drones and at least 150 missiles at Israel from 15 different locations within Iran. This is the largest drone attack in history and it is the first time missiles have been launched at Israel since the Gulf War of 1991. In addition to what is coming from Iran, drones and missiles have been launched towards Israel from Iraq, Yemen and Lebanon.

As of this writing, there have been over 725 red alerts throughout the country and Israelis throughout Israel have had to go into bomb shelters.

Iranian drones and rockets are being intercepted all over southern Israel, over Ben Gurion airport, Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, Samaria and the Golan Heights. Videos show the skies over Israel lit up with the interceptions, including over the Knesset in Jerusalem!

The good news is that as of now, according to Israeli officials, 99% of everything Iran has fired at Israel has been shot down and no harm has been done to Israeli citizens or targeted sites! Israel's interception systems are performing better than its enemies could ever have imagined! So far, the only rocket that has landed in a populated area in Israel is the hostile Arab city of Umm el Fahm.

It is significant to note that as the skies over Israel are lit up with interceptions of drones and missiles, Muslims have flooded the Temple Mount in Jerusalem to cheer in support of Iran's attack on Israel.

In contrast to that display of Muslim hostility, Jordan and Egypt are helping Israel intercept what Iran fires towards the Jewish State. This is quite significant because Jordan and Egypt are Muslim countries, as is Iran. However, they have decided to side with Israel against Iran because they see the danger Iran poses to the world.

If Jordan and Egypt can be realistic enough to understand that they need to side with Israel against the fanatical leaders of Iran, certainly Western countries should realize this as well!

Even more so, Christians and Jews should recognize the danger Iran poses to all of Western civilization! Therefore, we all need to stand up and speak out loudly in support of Israel's right to defend itself against Iran and all its proxies - including Hamas, Hezbollah and Yemen - who intend to annihilate the Jewish State.

This is extremely important right now because tonight, Israel's War Cabinet has approved a powerful response to Iran's attack on Iranian soil. It is critical for us to understand that as Israel defends itself against Iran's attack, it doesn't only defend itself, but all of us. This is because Israel stands as the first line of defense for all of us in the West. Indeed, Iran has made it quite clear that Israel is their first target, but western civilization is next.

Therefore, this is the time for everyone to be more vocal than ever in support of Israel's right to defend itself! Israel is in a fight for its life and we all must speak out NOW!

It is Saturday evening and Sunday morning is coming. This Sunday is the time for all pastors and leaders in the church to take time to pray for Israel's protection, to speak on behalf of Israel's right to defend itself against those who seek its destruction, and to urge everyone in your circle of influence to find a tangible way to stand up and speak out on behalf of Israel and the Jewish people.

We are not here by accident. Rather, we are here for such a time as this and we have a responsibility to act! So to everyone reading this email - in the spirit of how Mordecai challenged Esther - do not think that we will be safe if we remain silent in the face of great evil. We certainly will not, because the same forces that hate Israel hate us as well.

As Mordecai said to Esther: "Do not think that because you are in the king’s house you alone of all the Jews will escape. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” Esther 4:13-14
